Refunds are issued for returned items that meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after the 30-day period (if accepted)
Exchanges

Sale Items
Sale items can be refunded unless specifically marked as final sale.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately through the Contact Us page. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
